Policy towards children

Children up to the age of 5 stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents or using a travel cot (available on request, subject to availability). Children aged 6 to 12 are charged at special rates – 50% of the breakfast price and 50% of the extra bed fee in the room. Children over the age of 12 are considered adults and are subject to the full rate. In accordance with applicable regulations, including the standards for the protection of minors set out in Article 22c, paragraphs 3 and following of the Act of May 13, 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Offenses and the Protection of Minors, we kindly ask that you present a child’s ID at check-in.

Policy towards animals

Pets are accepted at the price of 70 PLN / day, for one animal. Max 2 pets. We support the "Na Paluchu" shelter in Warsaw! 50% of the amount of this fee is spent on the purchase of food for homeless dogs and cats.

Cancellation policy

The reservation is kept until 10:00 hour on the arrival date. It is not required to pay upfront or provide credit card information. If guest arrives after 10:00 hour, the reservation might not be fulfilled.
